We’re looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our business and the extremely dynamic market we operate in, and to embark on a journey with us towards a better tomorrow.
ABOUT THE TRAINEESHIP
A new comprehensive program for graduates to get into and learn about environmental commodities trading – and become an environmental trading expert! The program prepares trainees for a fast-tracked career in environmental commodity trading and provides enormous professional and personal development as well as growth opportunities. The program provides an 18-month rotational program with exposure in five departments: renewable certificate trading, physical product trading, operations, trade optimization & risk and finally Strive by STX, the corporate climate action platform. Every trainee will have various mentors to help navigate the experience, set you up for success and get the best out of the program – and STX.
The traineeship is based in our Amsterdam HQ.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s graduate with a quantitative, engineering, economical or financial background.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proactive attitude and you like to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Keen interest in Environmental Commodities.
